Residential Buyer’s Broker Commission

A commission will be offered to properly licensed real estate brokers of prospective buyers in the amount of: (A) three percent (3.00%) of the amount of the presale written opening bid properly submitted by such broker’s client prior to the auction which is accepted by the seller. OR (B) two percent (2.00%) of the winning bid amount obtained at the live auction.

In addition, a one percent (1.00%) buyer’s rebate will be credited to the buyer if a pre-auction offer is submitted by the buyer and accepted by the seller prior to the live auction.

Commercial Buyer’s Broker Commission

A commission will be offered to properly licensed real estate brokers of prospective buyers in the amount of: (A) two percent (2.50%) of the amount of the presale written opening bid properly submitted by such broker’s client prior to the auction which is accepted by the seller. OR (B) one and one-half percent (1.75%) of the winning bid amount obtained at the live auction.

In addition, a one percent (1.00%) buyer’s rebate will be credited to the buyer if a pre-auction offer is submitted by the buyer and accepted by the seller prior to the live auction.
